Healthcare Data Model

The HEALTHCARE DATA MODEL is an integrated model of a Healthcare Organization's information. The model is a representation of the persons, places, things, concepts and events in a healthcare environment, and includes the relationships between these entities.

The use of this model will provide you the means to lead your Information Systems well into the future. The model, which is independent of Information Systems platforms, is a blueprint for database implementation.

The creation of a data model takes years of cooperative effort to complete. This is very costly and often prohibitive to the creation of a data model. Our data model solves the problem of creating this model from scratch and puts you years ahead of the game. In addition, it provides an excellent method of validating and augmenting data requirements for existing projects.

Our data model contains an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) with entities, attributes, domains, and descriptions for the Healthcare industry.
